About

Inside Behaviour is an independent publication exploring psychology, behavioural science and mental health with clarity, context and respect for the evidence.

Our purpose

Our aim is to make complex ideas about people and behaviour understandable without flattening the uncertainty, limitations or ethical questions that matter. The publication is being developed as a reliable public resource for readers who value careful explanation over quick claims.

What we cover

Inside Behaviour focuses on mental health, clinical psychology, behavioural science, research and evidence, neurodiversity and wellbeing. Coverage may include research summaries, explanatory articles, critical analysis and practical context.

Our editorial approach

  • Evidence first: claims should be grounded in credible research and clearly separated from opinion.
  • Context matters: findings are presented with their limitations, uncertainty and real-world relevance.
  • Responsible language: mental health and neurodiversity are discussed with care, dignity and appropriate nuance.
  • Accessible writing: technical ideas are translated into plain language without sacrificing accuracy.

Independence and transparency

Inside Behaviour is presented as an independent publication rather than a personal diary. Where an article involves a material conflict of interest, sponsorship or another relevant relationship, it should be disclosed clearly.

Founder & Editor

Inside Behaviour was founded and is edited by Arkadiusz Dawidowicz. The publication was created to make psychology, behavioural science and mental health research accessible while maintaining a strong focus on evidence, nuance and responsible communication.

Important note

Content on Inside Behaviour is provided for general information and education. It is not a substitute for individual medical, psychological or other professional advice, assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
